Shipping, Delivery & Collection
Parts and accessories
Parts and accessories marked as available for shipping may be sent to addresses within Australia. Freight cost and timing depend on the item, packed size and weight, delivery destination, carrier, and current stock. Beyond RV will confirm the applicable arrangements before dispatch or order completion.
Any shipping estimate shown during an enquiry or checkout is indicative until Beyond RV confirms it. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery quote or require an item by a particular date.
Campers, caravans, and expedition vehicles
Collection and handover are generally arranged through our Mutdapilly workshop. Delivery or third-party freight may be arranged separately where practical. The location, cost, timing, and handover requirements will be set out in your quote, order confirmation, or sale agreement.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact Beyond RV before returning any product. Include your order or build details, the reason for the requested return, and photographs where an item is damaged or faulty. Do not send a product back until we have confirmed the appropriate return arrangements.
Returns and refunds are assessed under the terms that apply to the product and sale, including any quote, order confirmation, or signed sale agreement. Beyond RV does not advertise a single change-of-mind return window across all parts, custom builds, campers, caravans, and expedition vehicles.
